Christmas and New Years Specialties

Snider Bros. is dedicated to helping you create memorable holiday meals. You are welcome to call your order in or come in and place your order in person. As always, Snider's friendly staff is happy to help you figure out serving sizes, as well as cooking suggestions to help take the guess work out of preparing your holiday masterpiece. Some of our most popular Holiday offerings include:

  • Prime Rib Roast - Our Prime Rib, like all of our beef, is USDA Choice and aged a minimum of 14 days. We offer both boneless and EZ Carve Bone-In with the ribs separated and tied to the roast. We are also able to season your roast with our signature dry rub upon request.
  • Pork Crown Roast - Starting with our hand trimmed all natural pork, we custom prepare a french cut pork loin into a beautiful crown roast sure to impress your guests. Crown roasts must be a minimum of 10 ribs and can be made with as many as 20 ribs. Please order ahead of time.
  • Tur-Duck-En - A southern specialty, the Tur-Duck-En is a boneless turkey stuffed with boneless skinless duck and boneless skinless chicken with a layer of gourmet stuffing in between each layer. We offer three delicious stuffings: Apple Almond, Wild Rice Mushroom and Cajun Wild Rice. Tur-Duck-Ens can be made whole for larger groups (15-18 lbs) or with breast meat only (6-12 lbs). A gourmet masterpiece sure to be remembered.
  • Spiral Sliced Honey Glazed Hams - We start with a fully cooked spiral sliced hardwood smoked bone-in ham and hand torch our delicious honey glaze to carmelized perfection. Our hams are sold half or whole, with a whole averaging 14-16 lbs and halves averaging 7-9 lbs. Just warm and serve.
  • Fresh All Natural Turkeys - Why serve a turkey that has been frozen since Clinton was president, when you can enjoy one with no added salt or other preservatives, fresh off the farm. Our Holiday Turkeys are all natural and never frozen. Order one today and taste the difference freshness makes!
  • Meat and Cheese Deli Trays - Our party trays are always made to order using only the finest fresh meats and cheeses. Our standard tray includes roast beef, honey ham, roast turkey, hard salami, swiss, cheddar and provolone cheeses. We make trays for anywhere from 10 to 20 people. We are also able to substitute any of the meats according to your tastes, just call and ask for Marcee.
  • Shrimp Trays - For our shrimp trays, we use a large 41-50 count cooked, peeled shrimp. Trays include cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Our trays come in two sizes: Small trays with approximately 60 shrimp. Large trays with approximately 120 shrimp.
  • Veggie Trays - Our Vegitable trays include Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, and Cauliflower with a wonderful ranch dipping sauce. We make both large and small trays.
